Unlike most, this decaf coffee is not decaffeinated using heavy chemical solvents similar to paint strippers but instead uses, the trademark “Swiss Water Process” to remove the caffeine in a non toxic manner.

Roaster's Cup Notes: My earliest memory of coffee is cups shared around my mother's farm table and conversations held between friends and family over these cups. Her love of coffee and these early experiences form the genesis of my personal coffee story. When she could no longer handle caffeine, I wanted to develop a decaf that still tasted like a nice cup of coffee so people like my mom could still enjoy the brew we love so much without compromise in flavor or in health.
